Start a project

Tell us what you want to build.

Fifteen minutes on this saves a week later. Answer what you can and leave the rest — we will fill the gaps together on the call.

About 15 minutes Saves as you type Reply within two working days
Step 1 of 6

The basics

Who you are, so we can reply to the right person.

Or just your name if it is only you so far.

If you have one. Leave it blank if you do not.

The person who can approve scope and design.

Where we send our answer. We reply within two working days.

Optional, but it makes the first call happen faster.

Step 2 of 6

The product

What you want to build, in your own words.

It can change later.

Be honest — it changes what the first week looks like.

Finish this: “It lets ______ do ______ so that ______.”

The main user. Age, market, language, and what they do today instead.

What is broken or annoying about how they do it now?

Name two or three. Say what you like and what you would do differently.

The one outcome that matters most.

Step 3 of 6

Scope

This section drives the price and the date more than any other. Take your time.

One per line. Be ruthless — if the product still works without it, it belongs in the next box.

Good ideas that can ship in the cycle after launch. One per line.

Naming this now prevents an argument later. One per line.

Step 4 of 6

Platforms and money

Where it runs, and how it pays for itself.

Tick everything this needs to run on.

Tick everything that applies. If you do not know yet, say so — that is a normal answer.

Chat, generate images or video, recommend, moderate, translate, score, something else? Leave blank if there is no AI in this.

Your CRM, ERP, payment provider, existing database, a partner API. One per line, and say who owns access.

Apple Developer, Google Play, Stripe, cloud provider, domain. Say which exist and who controls them.

Step 5 of 6

Content and language

Who fills it with words and pictures.

Logo, colours, fonts, tone of voice — do they exist, and can you send them?

Copy, characters, stories, product data — you, us, or AI-generated and reviewed by you?

And which markets you want next.

Step 6 of 6

Timing, budget and rules

The last part, and the part we most need to be true.

A real reason — an event, a funding round, a season — changes how we plan.

A range is fine. It tells us what is realistic before we design something you cannot afford. Nobody has ever been penalised for answering this honestly.

Your team, ours, or not decided yet.

Age rating, data residency, KYC, licensing, industry rules, anything your lawyers have said.

The thing you would mention on a call but not put in a form.

Got it. Thank you.

We have your brief. Nic reads every one of these himself and comes back within two working days with questions and a shape for the project.
